READ THIS! A sure strategy to overcome your first challenge (Getting referrals) in Network Marketing.



As a relatively fresh distributor in any network marketing business, if I asked you what your biggest challenge in getting your business off the mark was, what would you say? Perhaps it would be getting your first couple of referrals. Yes, this is always the case. While this may become so difficult for some to achieve, for some, it comes easy enough because they actually had the right mindset, and also the correct strategy going into the business, to ensure they scale through that and every other challenge. Truly, it doesn't have to be so difficult. Infact, it's easy, and you'll find out how-so soon enough.

Usually, new recruits are very excited atleast for the first few weeks after their registrations. I mean... I was also very excited. What keeps that level of excitement going beyond a few weeks however, and for the many more months to follow is actually your mindset, in which case is usually a function of the orientation you had when making your registration. Take for instance, for someone who had considered network marketing which is an actual business to be likened to a get-rich-quick scheme (wrong mindset), such person would probably not have the right strategy (if any atall) to build the business, neither will he/she have enough motivation to grow the business after a couple of months or even weeks of "no wins".

Get this, what I'm trying to make you understand here is that, whether it becomes easy or difficult to get your business off the mark all depends on two things: Your mindset and your strategy - You have to strategically plan your route to success. With that said, I'll talk about my personal strategy, something that worked for me in just a moment. 

Meanwhile before that, I'd like to tell that your first assignment after registration is not even to start the process of recruiting straight up, but to learn as much as you can through trainings, quality online contents, and mentorship, and also put some effort into product sales to get you going. Learning and acquiring the necessary trainings, as well as making sales will contribute to making it easier for you to present to and recruit new distributors into your network marketing business.

So now, there are generally 5 steps to recruiting. Each one crucial, but I'll dwell more on the first, because I believe that's the most important. In this, I'll be more particulate as it applies to AIM Global. They are:
  1. PROSPECTING
  2. INVITING
  3. PRESENTING
  4. FOLLOW UP
  5. CLOSING

PROSPECTING.

Like I said, I believe this is the most important, as it is your very first impression. And you know what they say about first impressions. To be able to recruit anyone, you need to prospect, prospect, and prospect, and how you do it matters a lot. Don't just go out and say or chat someone up with "Hey, would you like to join my business?" Your goal at this stage is to arouse a strong interest and desire to know more about your kind of business, so you need to approach your prospecting from the angle that tells your prospect that you've been seeing amazing results and earning a lot from your business. Success stories and testimonies are very strong motivations for people that want the same kind of blessings.
In essence, show them you've been making some money personally. And how do you actually achieve this?


Here's How.
As a relatively new distributor in network marketing with little or no skills for recruiting and maybe no recruits yet, I'd like to encourage that you give a lot of effort into attending trainings and getting a lot of product sales. You should really take a huge advantage of the digital world to put your products out there, providing health solutions, and make sales. You can do this by joining health remedy groups on Facebook most especially, where people come to seek herbal and natural cure for their various illnesses. Trust me, there are a lot of people out there who need those products, all you have to do is reach them. Post your products and peculiar benefits, drop comments on people's queries on what remedies to use for certain conditions, display some expert knowledge on what your products can do, and tell such persons to contact you. You'll be amazed at the results! You can also do this on other platforms like WhatsApp status, groups and Instagram. The result would be a lot of sales with 25-30% profit.

After a while, you'll be able to prospect your business to people, showing them they can also gain such benefits as you. You can start in the middle of a regular conversation and say something like "Let me tell you about this business I recently started. I recently partnered with a health and wellness company, and I've been making some 30% profit regularly by just sharing their products!" Then you go ahead and tell them how you've been doing it, with screenshots of some conversations that have led to sales. That's all! You would have been successful with your goal, which was to arouse in them a strong interest, and then just go ahead and tell them there are other numerous benefits, without going into every detail about the business yet. If they ask, just tell them you'll invite them for a detailed presentation later. Make them thirst.

INVITING, PRESENTING, FOLLOW-UP and CLOSING

After arousing their interests, leave a couple of days, and then invite them for a full presentation about the business. I'll advise that you set up a meeting with your upline to anchor the presentation at this stage, as you continue to learn how to give presentations better with time. You can set up a one-on-one online or offline meeting between your prospect and your upline, or you can create a WhatsApp group where you invite a number of prospects and let them attend the presentation at once. You can even do this on a regular basis. This is more effective and efficient. 

Continue prospecting and inviting, and the give them 24-48 hours after the presentation to FOLLOW-UP on them to ask for CLOSING the deal. Closing also require some skills, you have to let them see a great future ahead of them in the business, and put them in a situation where they have to make a YES or NO decision. Never force anyone, you don't need people with the wrong attitude as your downlines anyway. Do not appear desperate, but make your prospect  feel like they need you and not the other way round. Be very confident and do not forget to continue following up even after closing. With time as you grow, you'll discover more strategies to use to your advantage.

This here presented is a personal strategy, and in no way a standard of any sort. It's just a product of personal experience and something like I said, that has worked for me. And yes, I believe it's a very effective strategy too. Don't you?
