Personally, I get this query more often and I have decided to dedicate this post to explaining in a step-by-step manner with screenshots of how you can easily encode a new downline registration.
Thus, if you are the type that like to get things done yourself, this post is for you. Generally, some are comfortable with leaving it to their uplines to sort for them, but really, everyone building a network needs to have that knowledge and leadership mindset.
1. The first step to registering a downline is the purchase of a global package.
The package can be paid for directly with debit card at the office, or by bank deposit into AIM Global's account.
Direct payment at the office means you get to have your ID and codes as well as your product package instantly. With bank deposit however, intending distributor will send a copy of the teller to their sponsors for the processing and encoding.
2.To complete the downline registration, the sponsor will need to present the teller at the office inorder to obtain the User ID and code for the new downline registration.
3. Proceed to login to your DTC, and access your genealogy.
4. Click on the actual position on the tree that you wish to encode the new downline.
For instance, if you would like to add a new downline at number 6, click on 6 as above.
5. Next, select "Register to my downline" in the dialogue box , and fill in the downline's details. N.B request for downline's name as appears on his/her bank details.
Select a desired username and password for the downline. Common practice is to use the firstname+lastname+birth year of the downline for username.
6. Next, on the following page, input the User ID obtained on the slip provided at the office for the new registration, and also the "security code" in the spaces provided and select "Generate Head"
Also, input the ID of the sponsor (your ID if you're the direct referral) and the ID of the UPLINE whom you wish to encode the new downline under, all in the respective spaces provided and proceed.
7. On the following page, confirm the details of the registration and click "Yes, proceed now"
8. The following page should prompt, and you can close. Registration is complete!
9. You can now reload your DTC and see the placement of the new head in your genealogy.
10. Share the login details with your new downline, and he/she can now operate his/her DTC.

As a relatively fresh distributor in any network marketing business, if I asked you what your biggest challenge in getting your business off the mark was, what would you say? Perhaps it would be getting your first couple of referrals. Yes, this is always the case. While this may become so difficult for some to achieve, for some, it comes easy enough because they actually had the right mindset, and also the correct strategy going into the business, to ensure they scale through that and every other challenge. Usually, new recruits are very excited atleast for the first few weeks after their registrations. I mean... I was also very excited. Meanwhile before that, I'd like to tell that your first assignment after registration is not even to start the process of recruiting straight up, but to learn as much as you can through trainings, quality online contents, and mentorship, and also put some effort into product sales to get you going. Learning and acquiring the necessary trainings, as well as making sales will contribute to making it easier for you to present to and recruit new distributors into your network marketing business.

Trust me, there are a lot of people out there who need those products, all you have to do is reach them. Post your products and peculiar benefits, drop comments on people's queries on what remedies to use for certain conditions, display some expert knowledge on what your products can do, and tell such persons to contact you. You'll be amazed at the results! You can also do this on other platforms like WhatsApp status, groups and Instagram. The result would be a lot of sales with 25-30% profit.
After a while, you'll be able to prospect your business to people, showing them they can also gain such benefits as you. You can start in the middle of a regular conversation and say something like "Let me tell you about this business I recently started. I recently partnered with a health and wellness company, and I've been making some 30% profit regularly by just sharing their products!" Then you go ahead and tell them how you've been doing it, with screenshots of some conversations that have led to sales. That's all! You would have been successful with your goal, which was to arouse in them a strong interest, and then just go ahead and tell them there are other numerous benefits, without going into every detail about the business yet. If they ask, just tell them you'll invite them for a detailed presentation later. Make them thirst.
INVITING, PRESENTING, FOLLOW-UP and CLOSING
After arousing their interests, leave a couple of days, and then invite them for a full presentation about the business. I'll advise that you set up a meeting with your upline to anchor the presentation at this stage, as you continue to learn how to give presentations better with time. You can set up a one-on-one online or offline meeting between your prospect and your upline, or you can create a WhatsApp group where you invite a number of prospects and let them attend the presentation at once. You can even do this on a regular basis. This is more effective and efficient.
Continue prospecting and inviting, and the give them 24-48 hours after the presentation to FOLLOW-UP on them to ask for CLOSING the deal. Closing also require some skills, you have to let them see a great future ahead of them in the business, and put them in a situation where they have to make a YES or NO decision. Never force anyone, you don't need people with the wrong attitude as your downlines anyway. Do not appear desperate, but make your prospect feel like they need you and not the other way round. Be very confident and do not forget to continue following up even after closing. With time as you grow, you'll discover more strategies to use to your advantage.
