How To Register or Encode a new distributor (Downline) in AIM Global DTC.

This a topic that is very familiar with new AIM Global distributors, as they seek to have the knowledge of using their DTCs more efficiently.

Personally, I get this query more often and I have decided to dedicate this post to explaining in a step-by-step manner with screenshots of how you can easily encode a new downline registration.

Thus, if you are the type that like to get things done yourself, this post is for you. Generally, some are comfortable with leaving it to their uplines to sort for them, but really, everyone building a network needs to have that knowledge and leadership mindset.

1. The first step to registering a downline is the purchase of a global package.

The package can be paid for directly with debit card at the office, or by bank deposit into AIM Global's account. 

Direct payment at the office means you get to have your ID and codes as well as your product package instantly. With bank deposit however, intending distributor will send a copy of the teller to their sponsors for the processing and encoding.

2.To complete the downline registration, the sponsor will need to present the teller at the office inorder to obtain the User ID and code for the new downline registration.

3. Proceed to login to your DTC, and access your genealogy. 

4. Click on the actual position on the tree that you wish to encode the new downline.

For instance, if you would like to add a new downline at number 6, click on 6 as above.

5. Next, select "Register to my downline" in the dialogue box , and fill in the downline's details. N.B request for downline's name as appears on his/her bank details. 

Select a desired username and password for the downline. Common practice is to use the firstname+lastname+birth year of the downline for username.

6. Next, on the following page, input the User ID obtained on the slip provided at the office for the new registration, and also the "security code" in the spaces provided and select "Generate Head"

Also, input the ID of the sponsor (your ID if you're the direct referral) and the ID of the UPLINE whom you wish to encode the new downline under, all in the respective spaces provided and proceed.

7. On the following page, confirm the details of the registration and click "Yes, proceed now"

8. The following page should prompt, and you can close. Registration is complete!

9. You can now reload your DTC and see the placement of the new head in your genealogy.

10. Share the login details with your new downline, and he/she can now operate his/her DTC.
